Hawak Kamay September 19 2014 is a 2014 Philippine family drama television series starring Piolo Pascual, Iza Calzado and Nikki Gil, together with child stars Zaijian Jaranilla, Xyriel Manabat, Andrea Brillantes, and introducing Yesha Camile. The series premiered on ABS-CBN and worldwide on The Filipino Channel on July 21, 2014, replacing Dyesebel.
